At LOCO Scooters, your privacy is important to us. We will only use the information that we collect about you in a fair and lawful way (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR 2018).

For our online customers, we will use your personal information to issue receipts, track your warranty period and keep you informed of offers that we think will be of interest to you. If you signed up to our mailing list, we may also use your information to provide you with tips and tricks and other email alerts keeping you up-to-date about relevant offers.

For customers who have active warranties, we will use your contact information to keep in touch regarding the provision of this service.

We may also use the information to process any transactions you undertake with us and for internal administration and analysis. We promise to never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

For the purposes of processing payments, your information is shared with our payments provider Stripe Payments whose privacy policy is available here. In order to fulfil delivery of your order, we share your delivery information with our shipping partners DPD and UPS.  We will always give you the chance to unsubscribe should you choose to do so. At the bottom of every marketing email, there will be an option to remove yourself from our mailing lists.

Information Which We Hold:

For online orders: Name, address (billing and shipping), email address, contact phone number
For mailing list subscribers: Email address only
We do not store card details used for purchasing.
