LOCO Scooters are Ireland’s first and only dedicated electric scooter retailer, warranty provider and service centre all under one roof.
We are seeking Electric Scooter Repair Technicians for our repair and service centre in Dublin 15.
This role would be suitable to someone who has experience working with e-scooters or bikes.
The role includes, but is not limited to;
| Electric scooter and e-bike repairs including fault-finding and running full diagnostics |
|
General warehouse work when required, fulfilling web-orders as well as inventory and spare parts management |
|
Collecting and returning scooters for repair using LOCO vans |
|
Basic data input – booking in scooters for repair, completing invoices and emailing customers / suppliers |
|
Taking and making phone calls from the public, providing updates to customers for ongoing repairs |
|
Working closely with management to plan for stock and work scheduling |
The ideal candidate will;
| Be driven by a desire to provide exceptional customer service |
|
Have experience fixing electric scooters and/or bikes |
|
Have a strong ability to use electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters and motor testing equipment (not essential) |
|
Have strong problem-solving capabilities and comfortable with hands on work |
|
Have the ability to work on their own initiative and be highly motivated to succeed |
|
Be respectful of the workplace and team around them, keeping the workshop clean and organised |
|
Have strong attention to detail especially so given the nature of the vehicle you will be working on – safety is paramount |
