The Segway Ninebot Zing C20 is the latest in a long line of electric scooters designed and built especially for kids. It has been released by Segway Ninebot as a new model in their impressive lineup in November 2021. It is recommended for kids age 10+ and has a maximum speed of up to 16km/hr. The Segway Ninebot Zing C20 is larger than the E8 and E10 electric scooters and suitable also for younger teenagers.
The Segway Zing C20 has three riding modes, safe mode, turbo mode and cruise mode. The speed of the fastest mode is comparable to a push bicycle.
For maximum safety the Segway Ninebot Zing C20 has a double-braking system - a regenerative motor brake and a disc brake on the rear wheel.
Solid rubber tyres ensure that this e-scooter's tyres will be maintenance free and will never result in any down time due to punctures.
Our unrivalled warranty on all electric scooters provides you with additional peace of mind. Our repair centre conveniently located in Dublin 15 handles all warranty repair in-house with an average turnaround time of two working days on all warranty repairs.

Refund Policy

In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.
The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. For service contracts, the cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you concluded the contract. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.
After 14 days since you received your order have elapsed, you do not have an entitlement to a refund or exchange. We may, however, consider offering you a store credit, at our discretion.
If you buy goods in our shop in person, you have no EU legal right to return the goods (for exchange or refund) unless the item is faulty. However, we may consider an exchange or credit note on a case by case basis and with a deductible restocking fee.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any items bought in a sale or at a discount. This does not affect your statutory rights in any way - you are still entitled to, and will be provided your full warranty and after sales support.
How To Cancel A Purchase
You must inform us that you want to cancel your purchase / return the goods in “as new” condition, at which point we will provide you with our returns form and upon completion of this form you may return the goods to us. LOCO Scooters defines “as new” as unused, boxed in original packaging and including any accessories in their original packaging and condition. We may refuse to accept a return or deduct from the refund any reasonable amount in the event that goods returned are not “as new”. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of your intention to return the goods.
We will inform you of any applicable charges before you return the goods to us, as is our obligation.
Getting A Refund
We will provide you with a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we may delay refunding you if we haven’t received the goods or evidence that you’ve returned them.
Your refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, we may charge you delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard delivery (such as express delivery).
