Description
The Fiido D11 retains the traditional bicycle shape with a rear motor concealed within the rear wheel and the battery concealed within the seat-post. Its ultra-lightweight frame lends itself to a product weight of only 12.9kg (17.5kg inc battery). The removable 11.6Ah battery allows for ease of charging and up to 100km range in assist mode.
Motor
A lightweight 250w brushless geared motor allows for greater torque, delivering a top speed of 25km/h. Stronger starting torque provides enough power to ensure that the Fiido D11 has no difficulty with hills or cycling upwind.
Gears
The 52T crankset and 7-speed Shimano variable gear system allows the rider to switch to higher gears for high-speed riding while the lower gears are suitable climbing uphills in manual mode.
Tyres
Large 20 inch non-slip, wear-resistant pneumatic tyres are highly suitable for use on uneven surfaces. 1.75 inch wide tyres ensure maximum grip, especially in wet conditions.
Cadence Sensor
The Fiido D11 electric bike comes equipped with a cadence sensor, which activates the motor as soon as it senses motion in pedals. Simply put, this electric bike activates the motor as soon as you start pedalling. The output of the motor is determined by which assist mode you are riding in - 1, 2 or 3 (less, more, most). Brakes
Do you want more responsive braking? Now might be the time to consider upgrading from standard brakes to semi-hydraulic X-TECH brakes. Their hydraulic calliper allows X-TECH brakes to grip the brake disc more effectively, reducing braking distances and increasing braking reactiveness - they significantly improve the braking quality on more powerful electric bikes.

Refund Policy

In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.
The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. For service contracts, the cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you concluded the contract. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.
After 14 days since you received your order have elapsed, you do not have an entitlement to a refund or exchange. We may, however, consider offering you a store credit, at our discretion.
If you buy goods in our shop in person, you have no EU legal right to return the goods (for exchange or refund) unless the item is faulty. However, we may consider an exchange or credit note on a case by case basis and with a deductible restocking fee.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any items bought in a sale or at a discount. This does not affect your statutory rights in any way - you are still entitled to, and will be provided your full warranty and after sales support.
How To Cancel A Purchase
You must inform us that you want to cancel your purchase / return the goods in “as new” condition, at which point we will provide you with our returns form and upon completion of this form you may return the goods to us. LOCO Scooters defines “as new” as unused, boxed in original packaging and including any accessories in their original packaging and condition. We may refuse to accept a return or deduct from the refund any reasonable amount in the event that goods returned are not “as new”. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of your intention to return the goods.
We will inform you of any applicable charges before you return the goods to us, as is our obligation.
Getting A Refund
We will provide you with a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we may delay refunding you if we haven’t received the goods or evidence that you’ve returned them.
Your refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, we may charge you delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard delivery (such as express delivery).
