LOCO Scooters are Ireland’s first and only dedicated electric scooter retailer, warranty provider and service centre all under one roof.

We are seeking a Service Centre Administrator for our repair centre / shop in Dublin 15. 

The role includes, but is not limited to;

Checking-in repairs and logging them in the repair software
Handling customer queries around payments and invoicing
Following up with customers and receiving payments over the phone

Customer facing sales at the sales desk in our shop

Running the collect and return service which involves all the above

Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when low

Working closely with management to plan for stock and work scheduling

Updating LOCO Scooters' website with new products


The ideal candidate will;

Be driven by a desire to provide exceptional customer service

Be proficient in the use of computers and have experience using google cloud, google sheets, gmail (or a Microsoft equivalent)

Be comfortable communicating over the phone and with email to customers

Have the ability to work on their own initiative and be highly motivated to succeed

Be respectful of the workplace and team around them, keeping the workshop clean and organised
