LOCO Scooters are Ireland’s first and only dedicated electric scooter retailer, warranty provider and service centre all under one roof.
We are seeking a Service Centre Administrator for our repair centre / shop in Dublin 15.
The role includes, but is not limited to;
| Checking-in repairs and logging them in the repair software |
| Handling customer queries around payments and invoicing |
| Following up with customers and receiving payments over the phone |
|
Customer facing sales at the sales desk in our shop |
|
Running the collect and return service which involves all the above |
|
Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when low |
|
Working closely with management to plan for stock and work scheduling |
|
Updating LOCO Scooters' website with new products |
The ideal candidate will;
| Be driven by a desire to provide exceptional customer service |
|
Be proficient in the use of computers and have experience using google cloud, google sheets, gmail (or a Microsoft equivalent) |
|
Be comfortable communicating over the phone and with email to customers |
|
Have the ability to work on their own initiative and be highly motivated to succeed |
|
Be respectful of the workplace and team around them, keeping the workshop clean and organised |
